related to this, is the social empowerment is to give power to a community, make it more democratic, than the general population to have power, that the community has more wealth and ability. Social empowerment should be understood as a process by which transformation can happen in social, cultural, economic relations and power.

another type of empowerment is the feminine, which is the empowerment of women, which brings a new conception of power, assuming democratic ways, building new mechanisms of collective responsibilities, decision-making and shared responsibility.
