Zombie ants
Ants with their mind controlled by parasitic fungi. The fungus species of Ophiocordyceps can inject fungal cells into an ant's head to take over its nervous system and control its muscles so the ant wanders around or grabs a leaf just as the fungus wants it. The fungus forces the zombie ant to bite a leaf that enables the fungus to grow through the ant's body.
