Lernstift

A pen that can sense bad letter formation and misspelled words. The pen contains a motion sensor and a small Linux computer with a WiFi chip that allows the pen to recognize letter shapes and words. When the pen detects messy handwriting or spelling errors, it will vibrate to notify the writer.

Lernstift was developed by two German entrepreneurs and means "Learning Pen" in German. The pen still needs to undergo a lot of testing a fine tuning before it can be sold in stores. Lernstift is aimed at children who are learning to write.
