lights and signals

Signal lights are placed along the side of the shooting field. There are three lights: A red light along with sound signals tell the archer they must move up to the shooting line. If there is a red light and 3 sound signals then time as expired and the shot is not allowed. An Amber light without a sound signal means the shooter has 30 seconds to finish an End. (See End) A Green light with one sound signal means the archer can start shooting.
